Meet Dr Laura Holland, PhD - Nutritional Therapist and Wellness Coach working with clients in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

I spent ten years living and working in the UAE, and I had the privilege of consulting with private clients from all over the world, including royal family members and HNWI’s, supporting their nutrition and wellbeing.  

I consulted for DNA Clinic in Abu Dhabi, a world leader in epigenetic profiling and health management, as well as for corporate clients like ADCB and GASCO, supporting employee wellbeing through nutrition and stress management techniques.

The UAE is an incredible country and truly multicultural. It was an enriching experience to work so closely with people with such differing food and lifestyle cultures and design protocols to support their health and well-being in meaningful ways that take into consideration their personal requirements.  

This is what inspired my brand, BeU, understanding and witnessing the importance firsthand of a personalised, tailored approach to nutrition and wellbeing, something I advocate strongly, along with the empowerment of the individual and listening to their own body wisdom, to quite literally be you!   

Today I continue to support my clients in the UAE, and from all around the world, via my 1-1 digital nutrition and wellbeing coaching programmes.
