True wellbeing is the essential foundation for human capability to be fully realised.

Advisory
Working with organisations, governments, family enterprises and purpose-led institutions to strengthen preventative health, human capability and long-term wellbeing.
Human capability is one of our greatest assets, yet it is rarely viewed strategically.
Whether advising organisations, governments, healthcare systems, educational institutions, family enterprises or luxury hospitality, my work focuses on creating the conditions in which people can thrive, recognising that healthier, more capable individuals strengthen the systems they are part of.
My background is multidisciplinary. I initially trained as an economist, developing an understanding of systems, incentives and long-term outcomes, before moving into nutrition and later completing a doctorate in Integrative Medicine. Alongside this, I am a co-founder working within business and have spent more than fifteen years supporting royal families, founders, senior leaders and high-net-worth individuals.
This combination has given me a unique perspective on the relationship between individual wellbeing and collective performance.
Whether working with an individual or advising at a systems level, I am continually asking the same question:
How do we create the conditions in which people can flourish, and what happens when we scale those principles across organisations and society?
My work is grounded in the understanding that leadership, judgement, creativity, resilience and sustainable performance are not separate from health and wellbeing. They emerge from it.
Where this work becomes relevant
Whether within leadership, government, healthcare or family enterprise, challenges rarely begin with strategy alone.
More often, they emerge through the people responsible for carrying it.
They may look like:
Continuing to perform well while quietly feeling depleted.
Decision-making becoming harder than it once was.
Regularly overriding the body's physical or emotional signals.
A gradual loss of perspective, purpose or connection.
Patterns repeating despite intelligence, insight and experience.
Who I work with
My advisory work is thoughtful, discreet and entirely bespoke.
I typically work with:
Senior leaders and executive teams
Founders and entrepreneurs
Board members and family offices
Governments and public sector leaders
Healthcare, education and purpose-led organisations
Luxury hospitality and organisations committed to human capability
The work may take the form of:
Confidential one-to-one advisory
Strategic advisory during periods of growth, transition or change
Leadership and organisational wellbeing strategy
Human capability and preventative health advisory
Facilitation of strategic conversations and long-term thinking
Seeing capability differently
At every level, sustained performance depends upon sustained human capability.
It is strengthened when:
the nervous system is supported rather than continually braced
mental and emotional wellbeing are nurtured rather than managed around
physical health is recognised as a strategic asset rather than a personal responsibility
patterns are recognised with awareness rather than judgement
people have the capacity to think clearly, relate well and respond wisely under pressure
This work does not separate health from performance, or individual wellbeing from organisational outcomes.
It recognises that how people live directly shapes how they lead, how they decide, how they collaborate and ultimately how organisations, communities and societies flourish.
Beginning the conversation
Whether you're leading an organisation, shaping public policy, stewarding a family enterprise or rethinking the future of human capability within your sector, I would be delighted to begin a conversation.
